How do i compile using dev C++

i don't have all that cash to put for a compiler so i grabbed devs C++ would like to learn how to compile with it. so i can try and help with the code to uox3 I'm not ac++ coder more less I'm still leanring javascript but helps to compile i guess hehe

You can get MS Visual Studio 2008 Express for free, and you can use the VS2005 compiling instructions with that
