Sorry for the “almost” down-time all morning. About 1 in 4 packets were being sent by the server; causing my site and every site I host to be practically inaccessible. The issue is now resolved, however.

Ah well, I don't really use SMTP mail anyway
No problem about the downtime - as long as it starts working again within a reasonable amount of time it doesn't really matter.
