For some absurd reason I doubt "the UOX3 team" has enough resources to convert RunUO (which neither of us are using/working on, take that as a hint 
to a World of Warcraft emulator. =P
Besides, there's already plenty other WoW emulators present (some found on the very forum you posted a link to), and using RunUO as a base for a new one won't automatically produce a better one, since you basically would have to change every single little thing in the entire emulator.
