I wish we was able to define the new mp3 music from uo folder in our regions as midi files our outdated.

I'm pretty sure that the MP3 files will still play, as long as you have the LBR feature enabled in the CLIENTFEATURES setting (see UO client versions/expansions and compatibility with UOX3 for details). Not sure how exactly it matches up the different IDs to the music though.
