I'm using my muls and the latest client
same mul version as my client version.
I login to uox3 just fine no problems etc. walk around no problems
I then go logout then log back in and am naked with no backpack.

Keep in mind that "latest client" means nothing when someone reads your post a week, month or year later. 
The more specific you are, the more details you include about your setup and how you encounter and reproduce the bug, the more likely it is that someone else can also reproduce and/or fix the bug. Just a tip!
