Portqry.exe is a command-line utility that you can use to help troubleshoot TCP/IP connectivity issues. The utility reports the port status of TCP and UDP ports on a computer that you select. Original product version: Windows 10 - all editions, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2012 R2

If you are not sure if your UOX3 server is listening, you can do something like this:

Querying target system called:

Failed to resolve IP address to name

querying...

TCP port 2593 (unknown service): LISTENING

C:\PortQryV2>

In this case, the IP address has no name, so it fails to find one, which is normal. Then the port is queried and is listening.
