We need to be able to adjust light in regions
I would love to see a tag Called LIGHTLEVEL= 0-255

You can currently do this via the Weather System (docs link)! Assign a weather system to your region, and use LIGHTMIN=# (brightest light level of the day, at noon) and LIGHTMAX=# (darkest light level of the day, at midnight) to set the light level for that weather system.
