[FIXED] HTML-Template error when reloading DFNs

Here we stuff all the bugs we've managed to squash/squish/squelch.

[FIXED] HTML-Template error when reloading DFNs

When reloading DNFs from console (press * then 7), I get the following error, sometimes multiple times, inbetween the reloading DFN lines:
| ERROR: Couldn't open the template file htSection ml/player.html for writing

Fixed

Basically we were trying to continue polling our scripts and such at the same time we were reloading them.... bad news. Anyhow, now our auto-timers ensure we aren't reloading any scripts before entering the loop.
