That's part of the Mozilla Spidermonkey distribution (http://www.mozilla.org/js/spidermonkey/) in mozilla/js/src directory. You probably want to checkout the entire mozilla/js/src subtree, if compiling for yourself (headers in there as well)

The site you pointed me to has all the code for the files i need, but they are not in files, and they have line numbers in front of every line. would take several hours to remove the #'s and compile. do you know where i can find the .h files that will run?

You need a CVS program to checkout the source directory. Otherwise you might be able to find a zip or tarball of the source at the mozilla.org site.
Check out this guide to compiling UOX, it's what I use every time.
http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_d ... up_id=2271
Note that I preferr www.tortoisecvs.org to WinCVS, but either one works.
