How to add accounts

How to add accounts
I tried manually adding it into the accoutns and using the user=blah,blah,0x0,blah in the newaccounts, and using the 'addaccount command and it doesn't work. Can anyone please help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

Hm. At least the two first methods there should've worked. Unless you tried doing them while the server was already running, in which case it wouldn't have worked.
Both when editing accounts.adm manually and when using the newaccounts.adm file, make sure your UOX3 server isn't running. UOX3 will process the files and add any new accounts properly when it starts up.
Alternatively, set INTERNALACCOUNTCREATION=0 in UOX.INI to 1 instead - that will enable automatic creation of accounts upon login with a non-existing account.
