I don't think there are too many public UOX3 shards around just yet, but it's a start
Nice webpage, btw.
Edit: Oh, and here's my shard - though it's not up at the moment *cough* (and haven't been, for several years. It will be though, promise!) ;P

I thought about setting up a test shard, a shard running always the latest cvs build and only default content (plus the world files from Xuri and the spawn.dfn), on my home server.
But it would be down when I need the full bandwidth of my connection or the full processing power of the server, which happens multiple times a week. So I'm not shure about it, as people might expect too much from it/me and then directly blame UOX3 when something goes wrong. And running the CVS builds together with my mostly limited time there is a good chance that something goes wrong.
On the other hand it would be nice to test the CVS builds with some real players and in a controlled environment, where I can easily add additional debug output when needed.

We should probably keep non-UOX server list talk in this thread to a minimum, but - recent updates include UOX3 0.98-3.6 on the CVS
Working on making a release-package of it.

Well, a few things come to mind.
From what I can see on your webpage, there's not really all that much information specific to your shard. There's the server status indicator, and one mention of the shard in your news section, and that's it. The forum doesn't seem to have any sections dedicated to your shard, and there's no other information anywhere explaining WHAT your shard is and what's special about it. What are it's features? What are it's highlights? Etc.
Believe me when I say a good looking, easy to navigate webpage dedicated to your shard is a good first step when it comes to building a community around it. First impressions mean quite a lot.
And there's also the option of getting the server added to the UOGateway list of servers, which might do a job of it's own in bringing new players. Topshard lists, links on various webpages, spread the news, etc.
Also, for the record - I tried logging in to your shard just now, but I can't seem to connect. Is it down?
