[FIXED] no globals.cpp in cvs, and no CJSEngine.cpp in Makefile.am

Here we stuff all the bugs we've managed to squash/squish/squelch.

in the Makefile from cvs tree is "globals.cpp", but globals.cpp has been removed.

CJSEngine.cpp is not in the Makefile.am.
