Female characters are changed to male characters

It's twice I encountered this in same amount trying.

I guess when I logout en relogin. My character is suddenly male. woopsy

how can I change this back ?
is it possible with a GM command ?

It's not when I relogin, but after the server has been restarted (and did a worldsafe).

I'm using that Stranf's starters kit, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I found that 0x191 (female human) gets rewritten to 0x190 (male human) in the 5.1.wsc file. I think (noob-hunch) this has something to do with it; or at least some kind of manifestation of that bug.

That's odd.

The .wsc files also contain information from my old PCs. (They will be orphaned on your account since you don't have my accounts.)

Was this PC a Female BEFORE you implemented my kit, and then CHANGED to male after?

I currently have female (including elf females) on my shard and I have not encountered this problem. (however, some of my PCs change to pale white when ressed by a wandering healer, I wonder if this is related).

next time I update the starter kit I should probably save it with all of my characters removed. That might do something?

Well, I reinstalled UOX3 with just the community world + basic world files.

I'm having the same problem, so it's not related to your add-on.

I am unabled to reproduce this bug in UOX3 v0.98-3.6d

Please give us your UOX3 version number, the EXACT steps to reproduce, and any pertinent information.

using UOX3 v0.98-3.6d and cluox 1.4

- I renamed the guest1 account to my personal account
- logged in as personal account
- created female character
(- explored the world)
- log out
- shutdown cluox (thereby saving the world)

- restart everything
- log back in as personal account
- character is now male

I can do this time and time again

It seems to be only the case for the first 2 characters of account 1.

my third and forth character do not suffer the same fate.

I did more testing on this, trying out multiple different circumstances with different characters across different accounts and still have yet to be able to duplicate it.

I will keep an eye out for this one.
