Heya Xu, just noticed this so figured I would let you know... it's not really a big deal.
I am in gmt -8 timezone, and I have my profile set up appropriately, however most states here in the US use daylight savings time, thus it is technically 6:21 here in California. The messageboard, however, shows my post time as 5:21, or thereabouts. Most forums I've seen allow the user to choose if they have DST (since some states like Arizona don't use it). So it might be a bug, or could just be a feature that's not enabled *shrug*.

I have the same problem, actually - though I don't really look at the posting times =P Daylight saving here as well, and my posts show up posted an hour earlier than it was when I posted.
We're posting backwards in time!
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be a feature of phpBB, and I've been unable to find any mods that can deal with it in a good way.

Btw, I downloaded Beta1 of phpBB3 to check it out, and there appears to be a daylight savings feature
And it has a moderator controlpanel allowing quick and easy access for moderating multiple posts/threads at the same time! Weee! And it has friend-lists (and foes lol), you can bookmark threads, it supports file attachments, etc. etc.
Check it out at http://www.xoduz.org/phpBB3 - it seems pretty sweet.
