GM Statue Bug?

Client: UO:ML latest patch as of last night, 3d version
Latest UOX3, all default settings.

Issue:

I had initially logged in as a regular user, and was at the large brittain bank (been a while, I believe it's Britains East Bank).

My client did a random thing, and crashed for some reason.
So I decided to login as my admin, and went to the same spot to throw some doors and decor on the place. Anyhow, The other char was still logged in, and I went to go drag my own pack around, because I needed to look at some things, and low and behold some blue statue appeared instaed, and the other char disappeared...as soon as I put the statue down, the char went there as well....so
Not sure what the bug is but there you have it. I can also repeat it as well.

Also, the All Move Command was enabled. I am thinking this has something to do with it.
