[FIXED] Players cannot leave a party without party-leader's approval

Here we stuff all the bugs we've managed to squash/squish/squelch.

Players cannot leave a party without party-leader's approval

The "Leave the party" button in the party-gump (one of the two scrolls in the paperdoll) is only usable if you're the party-leader. In other words - players cannot voluntarily leave a party once they've joined it. :P
