I've just gotten the 7th Anniversary edition of UO and setup UOX3 so I can learn how to make a custom shard and run it over a LAN. I can get into the game with the 2D client with no problems ( boats and two level houses seem a bit buggy, but don't need those right now ), but I'm having problems with commands either not working or crashing the server (not client). They are also not all working when using WorldBuilder 0.22.
Any ideas?
Unrecognized commands, etc.

Well if you could provide us with some details about which commands specifically don't work, it'd be helpful 
Also, you could try this "preview" version of WB 0.23:

It has been slightly updated when it comes to recent command-changes etc, though it's still not 100%..
