Scroll Gump

Viewing the gumps there is a gump for a scroll, I think it might be used for deeds? I'm not sure (I don't have the ID, I'm at work).

Anyway, a lot of the GMs and players on my shard are using scroll and deed IDs and converting them to "books" so they can write on them. It is a way that the GM can get the effect of a scroll, but it ruins the moment having it open as a Book Gump.

Is there anyway to use the scroll gump (even the same graphic as the skills/journal would work) and make it editable like a book, but scroll down to read it instead of turn pages?

How hard would this be to code?

I had some time to look through the .js and couldn't find a .js script that handled the books. Are thy hardcoded?
