[FIXED] WIPE and IWIPE not working correctly

[FIXED] WIPE and IWIPE not working correctly

WIPE and IWIPE (with both manual targeting and the entering of coordinates) will not remove items inside/outside the specified boundaries. WIPE ALL works though, and
so does WIPE NPCS.

I only tested the latter two commands, so I'll take a look at 'wipe and 'iwipe ;)
