I did everything, and it doesn't work, when I try to sign on with the admin account it says, "We were unable to authenticate your login" and some other stuff saying what could be wrong. I'm not sure what I could have done wrong.

Sounds like you've made an error while setting up UOX3. Note though, that if you've downloaded UOX3 0.98-3.7 from the downloads page, go get the version downloadable in this thread instead, as it is way more up to date.

Also, for your encryption removal needs, try Razor if you're using the latest UO client version (2D) and you're having problem with ConnectUO.
