What UO client version are you using? UOX3 currently works best with clients in the end of the 5.0.X range or the very early 6.0.X one. Also, try UO-RICE if you can't get Razor working with UOX3.

I explored this, and found that 6.0.0 works the best.. anything higher was giving me issues.

You might have to reinstall, unless you can find a lower version of client.exe somewhere (we can't post that here for obvious reasons). Just replacing that might work.

As for UO-RICE, whenever you run it from your UO install folder, it will create a new .exe file which will be a non-encrypted version of the client.exe. You can then run that directly instead of launching UO through Razor/ConnectUO/etc. Note that for this to work you'll also have to modify your login.cfg file (in UO folder) in a text-editor so the IP-addresses point to your own server instead of the official UO ones.

Back up login.cfg before you make any changes - you might need it if you ever want to patch UO again in the future.
